Adult Sports

Burn off some steam and have fun too! Open Dodgeball does not require experience, practice, or athletic ability to play - just come and have fun! For adults ages 15 and older. Starts Session 3 (January 6, 2016)
Day Time


This fun, tennis-like game played with a wiffleball and wooden paddle is easy to learn and a good workout! Every 2nd Saturday of the month (October - May) from 6 - 8:15 pm there will be Pickleball Night at the Y join us for a fun night!


Adult Parkour

Come and train to be a “Ninja Warrior”. Blaze a trail all your own with the various equipment in the Gymnastics Center with the advantage of a spring floor and padded walls. Ages 17+.


Adult Time in The Gymnastics Center
Embrace your inner child, come and play on the spring floor, tumble track, foam pit and other pieces of gymnastics equipment. Great for balance, coordination, and flexibility. Ages 17+.


Adult Martial Arts

In a dynamic and cooperative learning environment, students learn the rare Indonesian Style of Silat. Silat is known for offering effective and efficient self-defense from all positions. You can expect to learn strikes and techniques while standing and on the ground, as well as pins, throws, and much more! You can also expect an excellent physical workout which includes cardiovascular fitness, full-body conditioning and stretching. Ages 15+.

Adult Recreational Gym

Get some Y members together and play basketball games, practice your skills or just shoot some hoops in our gym. No matter what your level is, beginner to expert we have a court for you. We have full court play or two half courts depending on the day and time.


LEARN TO dance! (and open dance)
Learn a new dance, practice a dance you already know, maybe you want a fun place to dust off those dancing moves, the YMCA Wednesday nights offers just the right place and music. Come with a partner or come by yourself, we have both a leader and a follower who would love to dance with you and show you the ropes. Learn at your own pace, we will show you basic moves and give you all the time you want to practice them. When you’re ready we will show you another, working with you one on one. Have a big dance event coming up? Maybe you just want to surprise your family and friends at the next event with dancing? If you have a special song we can help you choreograph a dance to it.


Note:  On some Sundays the Gym is CLOSED for Gymnastics Meets and other events. Check at the Welcome Center for Schedule. All posted hours are subject to change without notice.
