Adult Sports

Co-Ed Volleyball

Co-ed recreational games will be played Sessions 2 through 4. Take some time for your own sports night to enjoy this favorite recreational pastime.

Wednesdays   6:15 - 9:25 pm

Wiffleball Indoor Tennis
This fun game called “Pickleball” is played with a wiffleball and wooden paddles in the gym.  This is fun exercise and it’s easy to learn! It’s here at the Y and it’s free for our members.
