Weight loss team Challenges
We know how hard it can be to lose weight, learn how to exercise properly, eat right and maintain strength and stamina throughout the process. Make your own team or let us help you create one. Challenges have included workout bingo, scheduled treadmill interval sessions, healthy cooking classes, nutritional seminars and more! Pre-register at the Welcome Center.
All of our weight loss challenges include:
• Fitness intakes (initial weigh-in, body measuring, BMI and BF%).
Must be done before kick-off.
• 9 weeks of coaching from our Exercise Trainers.
• Teams of four = team support
• Weekly weigh-in / Food Journaling for Bonus Points
• Required cardio and strength-training sessions each week.
• Prizes for the winning team
