If you’re looking for a fun way to energize your workout routine, we found one activity that mixes fun and fitness with weighted hula hoops. This low impact activity is easy on joints and great for injury prone people. Join Karyn and Melissa as they bring this Hoop Jam to the Y the first Friday of the month! Held in the Adams Room.
