Free instruction for all new members is available in each of our adult workout areas: the Nautilus Center, the FitLife Center, the Farr Fitness Center and our Free Weight Room. Learn the basic principles from correct form to proper progression in cardio and strength conditioning. Instruction includes equipment use as well as basic heart rate monitoring and intensity information and setting proper fitness goals. Reach your wellness goals with us! No matter your fitness level, from beginner to elite, JUST FOR YOU, is here to help you step it up a notch! Weekly Exercise Trainer workouts, food journals, weigh-ins, nutrition counseling, and Y support, will help you succeed!
Work with experienced, certified Personal Trainers to address your specific needs, while providing motivation, structure, goals and of course, encouragement. Instruction is designed to help you understand the many components of physical fitness and provide a regimen that helps you become more physically and functionally fit. Personal Trainers help to balance appropriate cardio, muscular strength and flexibility exercises regardless of age, ability or fitness condition. Fees range $40-$60 an hour.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Get stronger, leaner, and faster with the help of a knowledgeable Certified Personal Trainer. The energy of a small group workout will keep you committed, motivated, and on track to reach your fitness goals. Trainers will put together a specialized program for your group of 3-6 people. BASIC STRENGTH TRAINING CLASS
Want to learn to lift weights properly and have instructor support each workout? This class is for you. Learn the basics of resistance training, gain self-empowering benefits like boosting your metabolic rate, self-esteem, improving joint stability, posture and strength. Instructor will train and develop a personalized program to fit your needs. This class is great for beginners or those who like a group environment. Ages 15+. Weight Room is closed while class is in session.

TEAM WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGES
We know how hard it can be to lose weight, learn how to exercise properly, eat right, and maintain strength and stamina throughout the process. The Y is here to help you succeed!
